General FAQs

Will my dog get playtime?

Playtimes are in our secure, fenced-in yards, or in our indoor playroom if required by weather. If dogs are friendly, they will get playtime with other dogs and our staff loves to get in on the fun too. Each dog for boarding is temperament tested before play.

Every dog goes outside into our fenced in yards four- five times a day. This keeps them on a consistent schedule and helps with house breaking.

We are happy to give your dog any medications your dog needs, we do ask you bring your dogs normal food so they can stay on the same diet they are used to.

We do not require dogs to be spayed or neutered however we do not allow females in heat to be in the facility.

All of our training is guaranteed provided you follow up and maintain at home. Dogs are not computers and do require you to practice and maintain what they have learned.  We offer refresher courses and private refresher lessons for you as well.

We require all dogs to be up to date on rabies, bordatelle, dlhpp flee/tick, and heartworm medication. That would need to be uploaded to the customer portal prior to your dogs visit. During their stay you will need to bring their food and any treats you would like us to give! We provide all bowls, scoops and beds.
